The work involves on-site analysis of building conditions, review of architectural drawings and specifications, review of shop drawings, quality control inspections, site and laboratory testing, building code research, forensic analysis, report preparation, cost estimating, and project management.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced team environment, communicate well with clients, and possess excellent analytical skills. Strong writing and computer skills are essential.
